
I am an artist and mother of three. I live in Grosse Pointe, Michigan and have a BBA from Loyola University of Chicago with majors in marketing and art. I owned and operated Zeus Gallery in Chicago from 1989-1993
My paintings have been exhibited in galleries throughout Chicago and the Metro Detroit area including the Pontiac Cultural Arts Center in Pontiac, Padzieski Art Gallery in Dearborn, Detroit Farming and Art Gallery in Grosse Pointe, The Grosse Pointe Art Center gallery in Grosse Pointe and Gallery 555 in Detroit.
My company name is Creations of the Spirit. I create murals, paintings and illustrations on commission for both residential and commercial clients.
My artwork has been published in the children’s books Belly Button Love by Kelly Hagen, Hockey Cat by Rollo Pondmarsh, and Taste and See by Rene Deachin.
My illustrations have also been published in La Voz Normal by Christina Melaldi and the poetry book Glances of Life by James Anderson.
My preferred medium is acrylics or oils. I paint trompe l’oeil murals, landscapes, portraits and canvases that are vibrantly colorful and I enjoy using mixed media for my creations. I also paint realistic paintings and portraits. I like to connect with people through my art.
I have a passion for painting, design, photography, music, dance, yoga, animals, dark chocolate and my family.
